Application :
The respirator is intended for protection of respiratory apparatus against vapoury and gaseous hazardous substances and aerosols (dust, smoke, mist) which are presented in the working area air.

The respirator is used when volume content of oxygen in air no less 17%, total volume content of vapoury and gaseous hazardous substances no more 0.1% and ambient temperature from 0 to +40o C.

COMPOSITION
The respirator is constructed from the isolate half mask KAMA® which is made from thermoplastic elastomer with side saddles for bayonet filter connection, a head harness, two filters DOT® in metal body, two sealings which provide tight connection of filters to the half mask. A belt bag is included to the respirator set. It is intended for storage and carrying of the respirator on the belt. Individual and group package of respirators is provided. There were developed a wide range of replaceable filters under the trade mark DOT® : gas-defense filters DOT 120 for protection against vapoury and gaseous hazardous substances, combined filter DOT 75 and DOT 150 for protection against vapoury and gaseous hazardous substances and aerosols.

The volume absorber is indicated in the reference designation : DOT 75-75 cm3, DOT 120-120 cm3, DOT 150-150 cm3. Range of filters to the respirator KAMA STANDARD

Composition
The half mask is constructed from high-performance filter medium heat sealed at the edges, an elastic head harness, and a nose clip which is situated between layers of the filter medium. The half mask has a vertical folding, It is packed into an individual package with drawings of sequence of putting on, Outside of the FFP1 class half mask has a blue color, FFP2 class -yellowone.

Nominal time of protective effect, initial breathing resistance and episematic coloration of each filter label model correspond to GOSTR 12.4.193-99, GOST R 12.4.251-2009 requirements.
